If you receive a privacy error message while trying to access a library resource, try the following steps:
✅ Option 1: Clear Your Browser Cookies (All Time)
Clearing cookies can often resolve access and login issues.
Chrome
- Click the three dots (⋮) in the upper-right corner > Settings
- Click Privacy and security > Clear browsing data
- Set Time range to All time
- Check Cookies and other site data
- Click Clear data
Edge
- Click the three dots (⋮) > Settings
- Go to Privacy, search, and services
- Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear
- Set Time range to All time
- Check Cookies and other site data
- Click Clear now
Firefox
- Click the three bars (☰) > Settings
- Go to Privacy & Security
- Scroll to Cookies and Site Data > Click Clear Data
- Check Cookies and Site Data
- Click Clear
