If you see a message like:
"To allow /connect?session to work, your EZproxy administrator must first authorize this..."
it usually means one of two things:
-
Troy University does not subscribe to the resource you’re trying to access, or
-
The resource has not been properly configured for off-campus access via EZproxy.
Q: How can I fix this issue?
A:
✅ Contact the library for help.
Email libhelp@troy.edu and include:
-
The name of the database or journal you were trying to access
-
A screenshot of the error message (optional but helpful)
We’ll investigate the issue and update our settings if needed.
